KY-7002C is a new type anti-yellowing agent for bra foam. Yellowing factor of bra foam is a) Benzene ring structure of TDI in raw material and -NH-CO- group of benzene ring easily produce molecular structure rearrangement due to action of light, produce aniline or aniline substitute, cause yellowing of sponges. b) C-0 key of polyether is unstable, easily produce chain breaking under the action of light or heat or light and heat. c)Phosphorus and halogen-containing flame retardants have been used and cause yellow heart and drop of anti-hot pressing and anti-yellowing performance. KY-7002C is anti-yellowing stabilizer with excellent comprehensive performance through adjusting the component proportion of formula after fully considering the possible yellowing factors in the course of bra sponge processing. KY-7002C has the following characteristics:

i)Good anti-scorching performance

ii)Good anti-hot pressing performance

iii)Good UV absorption performance

iv)Good anti-oxidation performance, including anti-yellowing performance of earlier stage (sponge) and later stage (after forming into cups).

v) Liquid form, low viscosity, no paste, easy to add, easy to use.

vi) Good compatibility, no precipitation

vii) No BHT

Instructions for Use

Dosage of KY-7002C can be 4%-6% of polyether polyol; usually, if adds 4% of polyether polyol, it can reach UV Level 4 or above standard, but different environments may cause different results. Therefore, determine the amount depending on customer’s use results. If uses more than 5% of polyether polyol, properly increase TDI index so as to make up for sponge performance change caused by high amount of anti-yellowing agent.
