KY-1218 is suitable for cell opening of slow recovery foam, can significantly reduce surface tension of slow recovery foam, promote the cell rupture, increase cell opening rate of foam, don’t affect foaming, hand feel is smooth, small cell, odorless, the foam doesn't have oily oozing.

Add KY-1218 directly to polyether and mix well, its dosage is related to TDI index; the index is large, the dosage is large; the index is low, the dosage is small. Meanwhile, its dosage is related to density, the density is high, the dosage is large; the density is small, the dosage is small. Under normal conditions, the dosage is usually about 1.5-3% of polyether polyol, it can reach very good cell opening.
